🔄 Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with every order of snacks, sweets and pickles. Because our products are freshly prepared and perishable food items, our refund and returns process works a little differently from regular retail products — please read this carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Refund / Replacement

• The item you received is damaged, spoiled, or spilled during transit.
• You received the wrong product or the wrong quantity/size.
• The packaging was tampered with or broken upon delivery.
• The item is significantly different from what was described at the time of ordering.

Not Eligible for Refund

• Change of mind after the order has been prepared or dispatched.
• Minor variations in taste, colour or shape — these are handmade, natural food products.
• Claims raised after the return window mentioned below has passed.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact us within 2 days of delivery with your Order ID and photos of the issue.
2. Reach us by phone/WhatsApp at or email .
3. Our team will review your request, usually within 24–48 hours.
4. Approved refunds are sent back via the same payment method used (UPI/bank transfer) or adjusted against your next order, within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations

Since our team calls to confirm every order before preparation begins, you can cancel free of charge any time before that confirmation call. Once an order is confirmed and preparation has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Note: Online payments are not yet available on this site. Every order today is settled directly with our team via UPI or Cash on Delivery, so any refund is also processed directly and personally with you — no waiting on a payment gateway.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

We prepare most items fresh to order. Typical delivery timelines are 1–4 days depending on your location, and our team will confirm an estimated delivery date on the confirmation call after you place your order.

Delivery charges, if any, will be communicated before your order is confirmed. We currently deliver within India; for bulk or outstation orders, please contact us directly to check feasibility.

🔒 Privacy Policy

We collect only what's needed to fulfil your order: your name, phone number, delivery address and any note you add at checkout. This information is used solely to process, confirm and deliver your order, and is never sold to third parties.

Your data is stored securely and is accessible only to our admin team for order fulfilment and customer support purposes.

📜 Terms of Service

By placing an order on this website you confirm that the details you provide (name, phone, address) are accurate, and that you authorize our team to contact you to confirm the order and arrange payment. Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may be updated from time to time without prior notice; the price at the time of your order will be honoured.
